My left ankle cannot take it any longer. I cannot manage to walk without looking like a limping penguin on sedatives. Guess the weight and the strain are taking their toll on my legs as well.
I do every movement in slow motion just like a tortoise and I'm clumsier than I've ever been. The good thing is - in a weeks' time, at 37 weeks, the pregnancy will come to full term and we can expect the baby to be born any day!
Tomorrow we'll have our final scan and as usual we're very excited to see the baby on screen probably for the last time... next time it'll be for real :)
Sleeping has become a bit better lately and the baby might have dropped a little bit too.
The level of hormones has increased and the heightened sense of smell is at an all time high. I can sense a smelly person from a million miles away so I'm trying to avoid crowded places especially stuffy buses. This will do good to keep the most dreaded swine flu at bay.
I keep telling myself, these little discomforts are only temporary and we're in our final stages now.
As my husband and I say: 'It's all for Euan...' and this is not even the beginning :)
