Now that 6 months and a half have flew by we need to sort out what we REALLY need for our new arrival and for me after birth.

So hubby and I have outlined this PDF checklist here to give us an idea of what we need.

We have decided to go for quality rather than quantity. I don't want to get crappy stuff that you throw away after a few months. I'd rather invest in something slightly more expensive that can be useful for a longer time. We do not want to get every thing imaginable for the baby (2 strollers, a pram, baby gym, loads of toys and entertainment material etc) but rather get the essential.

The checklist will help us move in the right direction and hopefully we won't get too excited when we start looking at the baby accessories and get things that we might never use.

After all you need to find a storing space for them when the baby grows out/bored of them.

A few weeks ago when my tummy started getting seriously bigger I couldn't fit any more in my old T-Shirts so I set off to a shopping center with my friend Sindy. After hours of browsing in the usual high street stores we couldn't find anything that we liked.

Most of the T-Shirts we found were too plain for my tastes so I didn't get any.

A few days later I received a surprise parcel from my sister. It had too many stamps on it and it felt soft. Took it inside and was very curious about it as my birthday was still too far off.

When I opened it I saw this lovely Snoopy T-Shirt. I love Snoopy and this Maternity Snoopy Print T-Shirt is very cool! I tried it on and it was perfect!

The other item in the parcel was similar to Maternity Black Drape Top. This one fitted nicely too.

I later found out that she went shopping for her birthday and saw these two tops which she thought I'd like :)
